[PICS] TVB 41st Lighting Ceremony CONFERENCEHey all!
I'm back from my hiatus for 2 weeks..Im planning to make a new layout for our FIRST anniverary. I finished The Four which i thoroughly enjoyed apart from Ron's limited screen time. Im still thinking whether i should complete the Episdoe Reviews as the story gets pretty complex and its better to watch it yourselves..From Episode 19-24 i recommend you guys to just watch it as it becomes more intense
The TVB Ceremony will be soon! Have you guys been voting for Ron? Even though there are other competitors such as Raymond Lam who have done some outstanding performances in the series which have aired this year. Nevertheless we should still get behind Ron and support him all the way!

Episode 18- Review

Samuel and Selena take turns in watching Kenneth to make sure he doesn’t sleep walk. But when Selena was watching him she fell asleep! When she woke up she found him missing. She goes around the streets calling him and sees someone just like Kenneth who kills a person of the tribe (The bad one).
Kenneth is then found in the morning lying on the grounds with the same sword that killed the person. All the evidence has gone against him and he is taken back to court to be caned/hit several times.
Kate meets up with the King’s assistant. She tells of her scheme as to how she killed the person! As Kenneth is the “Metal hand” his throws strong punches. Kate wears big metal gloves and continuously punches the person until they die..so that it seems like Kenneth kill him.
Kenneth’s sister tries to hang herself (commit suicide). Kenneth’s dad blames himself for causing all this and tries to drink some poison to kill himself as well as the sister..
Just in time, Samuel’s family arrives. They stop him and Samuel drags Kenneth’s sister out to the lake and tells her if she wants to die he’ll die with her..
But instead she is not traumatized anymore by the experience. Samuel has “drowned” and she goes saves him. This showed she had forgotten about the past and was ready to face the future.
Meanwhile Samuel, Ron and Raymond have been planned a scheme to make the person who killed the king’s assistant’s son to come out. The sucessfuly do but they do not capture him. He injures Raymond with the spike.
He goes back to Kate to get it taken out. They find something exactly the same in his leg. Raymond gets suspicious and tries to find out about his past and how he half paralyzed.
Kate figures out that Kenneth wasn’t the one who killed the son. And tells the King’s assistant. Further investigation is done…
*im sorry if i've been using wierd terms to classify people. I've done my best to describe them as its hard to use their actual name >.< For those who watch it will get where im going with this
Episode 17- The Four Review

The King’s assistant begged the King several times to free his son. But fails to do so and the King sends the son elsewhere. But the father helps the son escape and bribes the guards to let his son go! But he gets killed along the way….by someone mysterious..
Kenneth and Raymond are in the cell when a widow retrieves her husband’s belongings. In there, there was a clip which had been found in the jail cell. The lady tells them that was hers and the clip had been missing for a few days..
With the help of Selena they discover that the clip had been brought into the cell by Kate! Raymond denies Kate being a villain but it is his job to investigate the situation further.
They test Kate out by tricking her with false information while Raymond is at her surgery. The Four keep a close eye on her near by and she leaves the surgery right after! *suspicion*
They are fooled into thinking that she isn’t a villain because she has come to heal an old women with a disease which will spread. The Four believe she isn’t behind all that is happening..
Kate meets up with the Kings assistant and tells him that she realized they were suspecting her so she did a few things to make sure they didn’t find out she was on the “bad” side.
Another person has killed Selena’s previous assistant! Before this happened Kenneth stuck up for Selena as there was a dispute going on. But later that night..Selena’s assistant was killed! The others investigate the issue and find Kenneth’s “The Four” Badge near by. But Kenneth denies he has killed him as he has his badge with him as well..one of them is fake!
We find that Kenneth sleepwalks and kills people by doing so. Luckily Ron and Samuel stop him. They report this to Kate and try to figure out what is going on with him…
Episode 15 Review- The Four

Ron finally finds the Son but the son has mistaken him for a bad guy. He falls off the edge of a cliff but luckily Ron grabs hold of him. While doing so he gets bitten by a snake! (The snake is really fake..graphics)
While Ron takes him back to his father people come to attack! Ron becomes too weak to fight but luckily Kenneth and Samuel arrive on time to save them!
They find Kenneth’s sister who has been raped! She has been traumatized by the experience and suffers depression. Kenneth blames this on Samuel.
The Four have been investigating the case as to who forced people to do labour. All the families affected because of this all go to the King and complain. His guards take action but The Four arrive telling them they have evidence as to who set this up!
Ron brings the “son” (the one he saved) and he tells everyone that the King’s Assistant’s son was the one behind all of this! The King’s assistant is not happy as the King hands down a big punishment to his son…
Back at the academy the master was furious that The Four took such action against the King. And the fact that the master let the King’s assistant off the hook made The Four investigate things further! In the end the master says “maybe im too old now to be the leader now”.

I'll be in and out for the next 3 weeks being slow with updates especially with The Four. Im preparing for exams and during this period i wont be able to do regular updates as i usually do. I will continue the Episode Reviews for The Four but i may stop when i get up to Episode 20 and finish them after my exams. So in the mean time hang around the forum, leave a few messages in the C-box and stuff like that.
I thought i might give you an early notice. I will leave an official HIATUS note once i really cannnot update anymore and will be back right after my exams :)
I'll do my best in trying to update as often as i can.

Episode 15 Review- The Four!

Ron runs away but the master tries to convince him to go back. His master continuously asks him and Ron tells him not to force him and even injures him with his sword! Kenneth comes and Ron runs away
Ron runs into a worker who looks after the son of the (Guy who accused Ron of killing). He finds him and takes him back to Kate to be cured. The next day The four’s master begs the king to let Ron off the hook as that was the past. During this time “The Guy” comes into the palace and is furious that his son is missing
There was one way to get Ron off. The Master promises that Ron will find his son in the time of 7 days. If he does so he will be free. Ron does as he’s told.
Samuel asks Kenneth’s sister to go by cakes for him. She hurries off only to be captured by people who need laborers. The guy behind all this is the King’s assistant! (Well its his son)
Kenneth’s sister realizes the son has been captured by these people. It was unintentional to capture him but the only way out without being caught was for them to kill him. Kenneth’s sister takes him to escape. In the process she twists her ankle and asks the son to quickly run away. And then…she gets caught!
Episode 14- The Four

The relationships begin to develop, apart from Ron and Cilla. They come across one another when Ron demands to check through her brother’s sacks but he refuses. Cilla tells him just to let Ron check and they shouldn’t fight over it.
Kate goes into Raymond’s room and tells Ray that she knows he loves her. She also reveals her feelings towards him :P telling him she loves him as well! She also stated that she went in to help her change his medication. In actual fact she went in there to do something to the evidence which clearly showed what killed Selena’s dad.
Selena has 80 beatings and is put in Jail. Kenneth goes and visits her. Selena tells him that she has no one left and her “Hing dei” all betrayed her. But Kenneth tells her he’ll always be there looking after her. How sweet!
Samuel’s character is adorable. He tries to show his family he can capture any girls heart but fails to do so. He runs out as he is embarrassed. Kenneth’s little sister comes out and makes fun of him. Samuel tells her “If I can’t find a wife, I’ll marry you. How about that?” This is when their relationship begins to develop.
We actually find out Kate is evil. She killed Selena’s dad while treating his wound by adding things to the medication. Kate is actually helping everyone’s enemy!
When the King asks for Ron to perform some of his skills he is reluctant but his master told him to. One of the tribe leaders realized that Ron was the one who killed his people before he entered “The Four” due to his sword skills. The King finds out and demands Ron to be locked up.

The Four is getting much more exciting so i've decided to do some reviews on it :) it will start from Episode 13. Please dont read them if you dont want to know what happens. But dont worry :P they wont give too much away
Episode 13
After being stranded on an island for a while, Kate goes to find some medicine for Raymond due to the illness he has been carrying for a while. Kate goes missing and so Ron carries Raymond into the forest to look for her. (Raymond’s wheelchair has been crushed)
It’s a competition between two different groups to fight for a prestigious award which is given by the King. With this, they will have power over many. Selena has fought for her father in the previous rounds and the final round is up against a very strong competitor (her father’s enemy). Kenneth tries to stop Selena from going on stage but her father finally finds his way back with the rest, just in time for the competition

Is everyone enjoying The Four? I've watched up to Episode 9, i know its a wierd number but i thought i might do a review after this episode. The cases become more interesting from episode 7 nevertheless, more exciting. Raymond's character has slowly started to change, not so heartless anymore and actually says Thank you!
I've tried to capture as many Ron scenes as i could. Ron is very silent, doesnt talk much and has limited screen time. It mainly focuses on Raymond, Samuel and Kenneth. I hope he'll get more screen time or i dont know how people will know his character, let alone win the Most favourite character award.
Im still waiting for the ratings from episode 6-10 to come out, but my predictions are Average 32, peaking at 35. Its getting better and i hope it continues to as the four actors have done very well so far.
So if you havent started The Four, i suggest it to anyone. Its a great exciting show. I know in the first 3-4 episodes it is boring ==" thats what i found and was about to give up but i assure you once you get to 7 you wont regret it

[NEWS] Disuptes over Life and Death Ending; Viewers write their own Fairytales [SCH] Ron's work Schedule [4/10/08] Hey everyone!
Theres an exciting schedule for Ron! And its rumoured that he'll be filming in November a series with Susanna Kwan, Tavia Yeung, Bosco Wong & Linda Chung!
Life and Death has finished airing and it seems like it was enjoyed by the Mainland viewers! Let's hope Ron might be able to get the Mainland actor award this year ^^"

I know i've been on and off in times, and theres just some days where you get up and you say to yourself Im not bothered to update today. And i know many others who own fansites will have the same feeling as i do at times.
I've developed interests in many other things and also i've been involved with many exciting things and updating hasnt been my priority. Its usually when a new Ron series comes out i'd be so excited to watch it and when Life and Death and Chocolate lovers came out I just didnt feel like watching it
The fact that Ron had no series this year apart from The Four has been really disappointing and i just didnt find things interesting anymore. The headlines would mainly be about filming but it'd take years for the series to come out. I lost interest in it. I'd been anticipating The Four since last year, and i heard it would be out in May. I heard rumours it'd be out next year since GEM and MR would be airing at this time of year. It then was changed till September but since the beginning of this year i got sick and tired of waiting. Especially when some shows were filming much later when The Four had finished and yet they aired them earlier than the Four.
The site soon got very quiet, no one posted and i felt there was just no need to bother since nobody really appreciated all the work that went into this site. I would have thought, along with my admins that there would be much more involvement and participation as well as contribution to the site and the forum which it lacked.
Theres so much I want to do to this site such as make a new layout and do lots of designing. Yet there are several things I love doing as well as just focusing on this site. Many things i have to build up myself, and i'd ask myself who am i updating for? Is anyone actually bothered to read it all? But i promise I will keep on going on for all the fans out there...
I have major exams coming up and i'll be on hiatus during the period of time. Once that is all over and i've finish being disappointed with my results
I'll be back to do daily updates (hopefully).
I'm going to take this opportunity to thank a few people who have supported the site during the Ups and the Downs including Irene and Sammi. They're still helping me update and posting on the forum..
And if you're still a regular visitor please post :) Make our days and get involved. We'd appreciate it so much!

As there are many other competitors in this category Ron's chances arent to high. I know its been extremely quiet in the forum as well as around here. And that is probably due to the lack of updates i've been doing and the fact that i havent put any effort into updating it. It gets to a point where you just really want to take a break and forget about all this.
And my schedule for the next 2 weeks is pretty hectic which gives me another reason to not update.
I've been busy lately, and Ron's present wasnt fully completed therefore we couldnt send it to him. And i will entirely take the blame. But dont worry! We'll save it for next year. Im sure we can make the calendar more wonderful and by then we'll have more fans. My sincere apologies to those who were hoping that it would be with Ron by now.
So from now, i'll be on hiatus for two weeks but check in at the forum as other members such as Irene will be updating you guys hopefully :)
And my schedule for the next 2 weeks is pretty hectic which gives me another reason to not update.
I've been busy lately, and Ron's present wasnt fully completed therefore we couldnt send it to him. And i will entirely take the blame. But dont worry! We'll save it for next year. Im sure we can make the calendar more wonderful and by then we'll have more fans. My sincere apologies to those who were hoping that it would be with Ron by now.
So from now, i'll be on hiatus for two weeks but check in at the forum as other members such as Irene will be updating you guys hopefully :)
